Air Bag Load Restraint System

Our air bag system consists of 100mm high pressure lay flat hose which runs the length of the vehicle on both interior walls. 

Manifolds feed air from a control box activated by an electrical switch.

When inflated to a pressure of 1.5bar the air bags expand to form a tight fit against the load, providing total load containment.

We  recommend a load bar is also used at the rear of the load to provide extra protection for the rear doors.
